Ensemble is hiring a Client Coding Integration Director to provide strategic leadership for client coding integration across its revenue cycle management operations. The role defines enterprise-level coding integration strategies, partners with executives and client leadership, establishes policies and standards, analyzes performance metrics, resolves high-impact integration challenges, leads cross-functional collaboration, and develops resource and talent strategies.
