CEM is hiring a Director, Client Coverage to manage a portfolio of approximately 30 to 50 Local Government Pension Scheme clients across the United Kingdom. The role focuses on building executive-level relationships, delivering benchmarking presentations, maintaining client retention, developing account plans and growth strategies, cross-selling research and advisory solutions, and influencing product development through client feedback. Reporting to the Co-Head, Client Coverage, Europe and UK, the position offers significant client ownership and business growth responsibility, with a hybrid work environment requiring two days in the office and flexibility to work from home.
