Percepta is hiring a Director, Client Provided Tool Product Ownership to serve as the accountable product owner for Ford-provided enterprise systems, including Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, and Medallia. The role owns platform performance, governance, change readiness, release coordination, cross-organizational alignment, risk mitigation, and measurable value realization while minimizing operational disruption. It requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, 10 years in enterprise operations, product ownership, digital transformation, or system governance, large-scale change implementation experience, and experience with enterprise platforms and complex matrixed or BPO environments.
