Avid Bioservices is hiring a Director, Client Quality Programs to serve as the primary interface between clients and quality functions in a clinical and commercial biologics CDMO. The role coordinates client-facing quality deliverables, lot disposition, batch production record readiness, QA project management, QA on the floor activities, product disposition decisions, client communication, escalation management, external governance meetings, and real-time manufacturing-floor remediation. It also manages QA personnel, leads process improvements, and requires strong cGMP, problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills. The position is full-time and onsite, with an annual base salary of $165,600 to $200,700 and health, dental, and vision insurance.
