Description

AntiSocial is hiring a senior client-services leader to manage key client relationships, grow accounts, lead integrated agency engagements, and develop and mentor Client Services teams. The role also contributes to agency direction, collaborates across disciplines, and represents the agency with clients and industry partners. It is based in the Los Angeles office, with Monday through Thursday in-office work and optional remote Fridays, and includes extended health benefits and 401k matching.

Additional Information

Required Previous Experiences: Significant experience in client services, account management, business leadership, or a similar agency role
Experience leading large, complex, and integrated client relationships
Experience growing existing accounts and identifying new revenue opportunities
Experience leading, mentoring, and developing account or client-services teams
Preferred Qualifications: Strong knowledge of social marketing and its connection to broader brand, creative, content, production, media, and experiential work
Ability to build trusted relationships with senior and executive-level clients
Strong commercial acumen and experience managing scopes, budgets, retainers, profitability, and resourcing
Excellent presentation, communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills
Collaborative leadership and ability to coordinate different disciplines
Comfort working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial agency environment
