Description

StackAdapt is hiring a Director, Client Services, APAC to lead and scale a client services organization across the Asia-Pacific region. Reporting to the SVP, Global Client Services, the role will build leadership capability, drive retention and account expansion, partner with regional sales and global teams, manage executive client relationships, coordinate regulatory and revenue operations, and improve regional workflows. The position can be based in Singapore or Sydney and offers a base salary of $182,920–$251,515 SGD, with additional compensation and benefits.

Additional Information

Required Previous Experiences: 10+ years of client services, customer success, or account management experience in programmatic advertising, digital media, or adtech
5+ years of senior leadership experience managing managers and building teams across diverse APAC markets
Experience leading regional client services teams through business growth or organizational change
Experience owning executive-level client relationships, renewals, and commercial negotiations
Experience designing service models and frameworks for client support
Experience using automation, AI, and technology to improve workflows and productivity
Preferred Qualifications: Fluency with DSP platforms
Knowledge of the APAC digital advertising scene
Passion for developing managers and building team culture
Understanding of APAC regulatory and data privacy rules
