Axtria is hiring a Director to lead clinical analytics and consulting sales and client engagement for United States pharmaceutical and biotechnology clients. The role focuses on business development, senior client relationships, strategic advisory, solution scoping, proposal and proof-of-concept support, and thought leadership across clinical data management, advanced analytics, and AI-enabled decision support. Candidates need at least 15 years of clinical analytics or consulting experience, including client-facing sales leadership, prior experience at a leading consulting or technology services firm, and a bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field. The position is based in or requires relocation to New Jersey, with travel to client sites as needed, and offers an annual salary of $157,600 to $205,425.
