Description
The Clinical Data Management Manager supports the development of CDM Global Standard Operating Procedures, prepares fee estimates, presents CDM capabilities, manages project resources and risks, and directs CDM staff through project start-up through archival. The role supervises and mentors CDM staff, provides performance feedback, communicates with sponsors and internal customers, and evaluates team requests. It requires a life sciences degree or master’s degree with 12 or 10 years of CDM experience, EDC-system experience, clinical-trial regulatory knowledge, and at least eight years of direct-line management experience.
