Director, Clinical Operations at HBAP

Alkermes is hiring a Director of Clinical Operations to lead the execution of Phase 1 clinical studies in healthy volunteers across the clinical development lifecycle. The role manages study timelines, budgets, forecasts, resources, CROs, vendors, inspection readiness, eTMF quality, regulatory compliance, risk mitigation, and operational excellence, while partnering with clinical, medical, biometrics, regulatory, safety, and supply teams. The position requires a basic science degree and at least 12 years of clinical operations experience, including managing Phase 1 studies, and offers a hybrid arrangement with 60% office time in Waltham, Massachusetts. The annual base salary is $219,000 to $235,000, with an annual performance bonus and benefits.
