Director, Clinical Program at The Agency

The Director oversees the day-to-day operations of an assigned program, including annual planning, stakeholder feedback, treatment-team participation, chart audits, financial reporting, program outcomes, safety, community relationships, and compliance with CARF and DMH standards. The role supervises the Clinical Manager and other assignees, provides direct care when necessary, supports staffing and training, and collaborates with HR, the Clinical Officer, and other program stakeholders. Preferred qualifications vary by program.
