Description

Coalfire is seeking a senior cloud-services delivery leader to serve as a client-facing delivery and technical leader across cloud engineering engagements. The role owns engagement delivery, quality, risk, standards, technical readiness, escalations, scoping, solution shaping, sales support, customer success, team leadership, capacity planning, and governance. It requires 8+ years of consulting, cloud engineering, strategy, or leadership experience, strong cloud and security delivery expertise, and relevant cloud, ITIL, TOGAF, or related certifications.

Additional Information

Required Previous Experiences: 8+ years managing consulting, cloud engineering, strategy, or leadership roles
Leadership experience with cloud engineering, security engineering, consulting, or managed services delivery teams
Experience managing managers, architects, senior engineers, and technical workstreams across multiple engagements
Experience implementing engineering standards, quality controls, backlog discipline, capacity requirements, and escalation recovery
Experience supporting sales lifecycles, validating technical scope and commercial inputs, and translating engineering effort into pricing
Expertise driving customer satisfaction, security adoption, and retention
Experience with conference presentations, blogging, and community engagement
Direct experience leading cloud services delivery teams or organizations
Customer-facing experience managing escalations, delivery governance, or high-level technical discussions
Preferred Qualifications: Relevant certifications in AWS, Azure, GCP, ITIL, TOGAF, or related disciplines
