VMG Health is seeking an experienced Director to lead coding, audit, compliance, and revenue cycle management consulting engagements. The role provides strategic client leadership, oversees risk adjustment and documentation improvement, advises on revenue cycle operations, mentors consulting staff, and contributes to business development and service-line innovation. Candidates need at least eight years of healthcare experience, RCM and healthcare operations expertise, HCC/risk adjustment coding knowledge, CPC/CPMA/CRC credentials, and a bachelor’s degree is preferred.
