Quantum Leap Healthcare Collaborative is seeking a Business Development Contractor to lead and expand partnerships with pharmaceutical, biotech, and clinician-scientist partners for clinical trial programs. The role develops and closes business agreements, manages partner relationships and project functions, supports protocol and regulatory submissions, coordinates clinical implementation, and negotiates multi-party collaborations. Candidates must have an MS, PhD, or MD in a relevant scientific field, experience in biotechnology, pharmaceuticals, clinical diagnostics, sales, marketing, business development, or clinical research, and strong communication and writing skills. Occasional travel is required.
