Brooks is hiring a Director, Color & Trend Footwear Design to own the aesthetic direction for Brooks Running footwear across color, graphics, materials, finishes, and trends. The role leads the Color & Trend Design team, develops seasonal and long-term color and material palettes, guides design reviews and product presentations, partners with footwear development, merchandising, marketing, and other stakeholders, and mentors design leaders. The position is based in Seattle, requires four days per week in the office, and offers an annual base salary of $186,192 to $297,928 plus benefits and a potential annual bonus.
