Ofload is hiring a Director, Commercial to own and evolve its pricing capability within a freight tech scaleup transforming Australia’s road freight industry. The role focuses on developing pricing strategy, commercial frameworks, governance, and operating models to improve profitability, protect margin, and strengthen go-to-market performance across customers, lanes, and service offerings. The leader will work cross-functionally with Sales, Carrier Performance, Network Optimisation, Finance, and executive leadership, and will manage and develop a high-performing commercial pricing team. The posting emphasizes senior leadership experience in logistics, transport, or road freight, strong analytical and commercial strategy skills, and experience with pricing analytics, commercial modeling, tenders, and negotiations.
