Description
Axtria is hiring a Director to lead its Commercial Excellence practice, partnering with clients to translate business objectives into AI-, data-, and analytics-driven solutions. The role owns commercial operations projects, including incentive compensation, go-to-market strategy, field force design, customer segmentation, targeting, call planning, reporting, salesforce effectiveness, and analytics, while managing multiple projects, developing teams, and contributing thought leadership. The preferred work location is the Berkeley Heights, New Jersey office or client sites three days per week, with other major metro areas also considered.
