Description
Hologic is hiring a Director, Commercial Insights & Analytics to lead the analytics engine for its Diagnostic Solutions commercial organization. The role owns revenue forecasting and predictive models, leads a multidisciplinary analytics team, partners with Sales, Marketing, Finance, IT, and Operations, manages market and channel intelligence, and drives the migration from Qlik to Power BI and AI-enabled analytics. The position requires a bachelor's degree, 10–12 years of progressive commercial analytics or commercial operations experience, and expertise in Power BI, cloud data platforms, forecasting, and stakeholder leadership. The annualized base salary range is $175,000 to $250,100, with bonus eligibility.
