Prudential is hiring a Director, Communications Intelligence Strategy to build a decision-ready intelligence capability for Communications. Reporting to the VP, Insights & Governance, the role will develop intelligence agendas, early-warning systems, executive insight products, cross-functional signal integration, analytics support, and strategic counsel for senior leaders. The position requires 7–10 years of relevant experience, a bachelor’s degree, strong analytical and executive communication skills, and fluency with social listening, media monitoring, AI-enabled intelligence tools, and data visualization platforms. The work arrangement is hybrid with recurring on-site presence, and the disclosed base salary range is $147,100 to $220,700.
