Description
NBCUniversal is hiring a Director, Compensation to oversee the strategic administration, governance, compliance, and operations of the company's deferred compensation programs. Reporting to the VP, Compensation, the role partners with Legal, Payroll, Finance, Tax, external service providers, executive participants, and HR leaders; manages plan operations, 409A compliance, liabilities, reporting, systems implementations, and compensation analyses. The position requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, 10+ years of progressive compensation experience, and offers a hybrid schedule with at least four office days per week. The salary range is $200,000 to $225,000, with bonus and long-term incentive eligibility.
