Description
NBCUniversal is hiring a Director, Compensation to oversee the strategic administration, governance, compliance, and operations of its equity compensation programs. Reporting to the VP, Compensation, the role manages grant issuance, vesting, plan operations, payroll and tax processing, participant issues, plan administrators, regulatory compliance, financial reporting, and cross-functional compensation initiatives. The position requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and 10+ years of progressive compensation experience, offers a hybrid schedule with at least four office days per week, and provides medical, dental, vision, retirement, leave, tuition reimbursement, and other benefits.
