Description
Ro is hiring a Director, Compounding Operations to own and scale sterile and nonsterile compounding operations across its pharmacy network. Reporting to the VP of Compounding & Manufacturing, the role oversees operational execution, quality, compliance, inspection readiness, batch-record controls, deviation investigations, equipment and facility qualification, performance metrics, and cross-functional collaboration. The position is based on-site in Romeoville, Illinois, with travel to other compounding locations as needed, and requires at least five years of pharmacy compounding experience, advanced USP knowledge, and at least two years of leadership experience.
