Description
OpenAI is hiring a Director, Compute & Infrastructure FP&A to own the monthly forecasting and financial planning for its largest and most complex cost center. The role partners with Finance, Accounting, Tax, and Engineering to build consolidation and scenario models, translate infrastructure roadmaps into short- and long-term forecasts, evaluate build-versus-buy and capacity-allocation decisions, track unit economics and forecast accuracy, and support budget-versus-actual analysis and financial reporting. The position requires 10+ years of strategic finance experience, including infrastructure, cloud, hardware, or compute-intensive environments, along with investment banking experience and significant-scale FP&A leadership.
