Vynamic is hiring a Director of Life Sciences Consulting to advise pharmaceutical and life sciences clients on strategy, commercialization, launch planning, operating models, vendor and systems implementation, and organizational change. The role leads complex engagements, manages senior-stakeholder relationships and risks, supports business development and recruiting, and develops high-performing teams. It requires a bachelor’s degree, 6–8+ years of consulting experience, life sciences industry experience, and expertise in one or more core service areas. The position is full-time and hybrid in Boston, Durham, Philadelphia, or New York City, with a base salary of $170,000–$200,000 USD and an on-target total compensation of approximately $200,000–$250,000+.
