Director, Continuous Improvement at Howmet Aerospace

Howmet Aerospace is hiring a Continuous Improvement Director to lead Lean and continuous improvement initiatives across its business segment. The role partners with senior leadership, coaches employees, drives OEE and waste-reduction projects, analyzes P&L opportunities, monitors KPIs, manages change, and supports cross-functional shop-floor improvements. It requires at least 10 years of manufacturing experience, 7 years in operations or continuous improvement leadership, a bachelor’s degree, significant Lean and Six Sigma knowledge, and up to 50% travel.
