Description
The Director of Continuous Improvement will partner with operations and site leadership to design and execute an enterprise-wide continuous improvement strategy, applying Lean and Six Sigma methodologies to reduce waste, improve process reliability, and link operational performance to financial results. The role leads cross-functional projects, develops Lean/Six Sigma champions, establishes KPI dashboards, and mentors site-level leaders and frontline teams. It requires a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, 7–10+ years of progressive operations, manufacturing, supply chain, or process optimization experience, and 3–5 years of management or directorial experience; Six Sigma and Lean certifications are preferred. The position is primarily office-based with regular manufacturing-site visits, travel, and occasional overnight stays.
