Director, Continuous Improvement at Learning Resources®

The Director of Continuous Improvement will lead the design, implementation, and ongoing optimization of warehouse systems, analytics, automation, and infrastructure across the company’s distribution network. The role owns the go-live of a new 700,000-square-foot automated distribution center, coordinates integrators, IT, engineering, and operations teams, establishes KPI dashboards and performance review processes, leads a four-person analyst and engineering team, and drives cross-functional initiatives with vendors to improve fulfillment, productivity, service, and cost performance. The position does not directly manage day-to-day warehouse operations and requires warehouse systems, analytics, implementation, and leadership experience.
