Description
The Director, PPI Business System & AI Enablement will lead the deployment and maturation of Fisher Scientific’s PPI Business System across the European Customer Channels Group, while serving as the business-side leader for AI-enabled process improvement, automation, workflow redesign, and digital productivity. The role partners with IT, Digital, Data, Analytics, and AI teams to prioritize use cases, define business requirements and adoption plans, establish governance and value-realization processes, coach leaders and practitioners, and drive continuous improvement across commercial, customer-facing, SG&A, and operational functions. It is a hybrid position based in Loughborough, United Kingdom, or Illkirch, France, and requires a bachelor’s degree plus 10+ years of relevant operational excellence and business transformation experience.
