Description
The Director, Contracts leads TCOM’s contracts department and senior-level contract personnel, overseeing contract negotiations, preparation, amendments, bid reviews, tracking, compliance, policy development, and departmental management. The role advises senior management and program organizations on complex government, commercial, and international contract matters; coordinates subcontractor and procurement alignment; and hires, trains, evaluates, and assigns work to contract personnel. It requires a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and at least 15 years of contracts-management experience, including five years in a supervisory role. The salary range is $139,242–$224,481, with potential discretionary bonuses and benefits including health and disability insurance, a 401(k) match, flexible spending accounts or HSAs, and other employee programs.
