Description
Thea Energy is looking for a Director - Control, Instrumentation and Diagnostics (CID) Systems to lead the design and execution of CID systems for their upcoming Eos integrated stellarator. This role involves managing three engineering groups: Control Systems, Instrumentation Systems, and Diagnostics Systems. The director will oversee the entire lifecycle of CID systems, from architecture and requirements to testing and commissioning, acting as a key partner to various internal teams. The position requires significant autonomy and the ability to solve complex problems swiftly within a rapidly expanding team focused on advancing fusion energy.
