Description
The Director, Controller – Services reports to the VP, Controller – Services & Integrated Marketing and Communications and leads technical accounting, financial controls, compliance, reporting, and process improvement for Mastercard’s Services business. The role partners with business, regional, global, treasury, audit, tax, legal, and vendor stakeholders; advises on complex transactions and ASC 606 matters; manages SOX and operational risk controls; and supports management reporting and special analyses. A bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related discipline and a CPA or Chartered Accountant qualification are required, along with experience overseeing financial controls, process improvement, and high-risk issue resolution. The role is based in New York with a base salary of $163,000–$269,000 USD.
