Alkermes is hiring a Director, Core & Cloud Infrastructure to lead enterprise infrastructure strategy, modernization, cloud operations, reliability, security, vendor governance, and cost management across five facilities in the United States and Ireland. The role manages four direct reports and a managed service provider model involving approximately 50 onshore and offshore team members, and requires a hybrid schedule with three days per week in the Waltham, Massachusetts office. The position requires at least 12 years of progressive infrastructure, cloud, and technology operations experience, a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, and offers an annual base salary of $196,000 to $218,000 plus performance bonus eligibility.
