Justworks is seeking a Director, Corporate Accounting to lead their controllership function during a period of significant scale, complexity, and global expansion. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the integrity of the general ledger, the effectiveness of internal controls, and the accuracy and timeliness of financial data supporting audits, compliance, and internal reporting. This role involves overseeing global accounting teams, collaborating with various stakeholders, and focusing on developing robust accounting policies, process integrity, and audit readiness in a rapidly growing, SEC-ready environment.
