Director, Corporate Development at standex

Standex International is hiring a Director, Corporate Development to lead inorganic growth initiatives, including acquisition pipeline development, deal origination, valuation, due diligence, negotiation, transaction closing, divestitures, executive and board presentations, process improvement, and post-close integration coordination across its industrial operating segments. The role requires 7–10+ years of corporate development, investment banking, private equity, transaction advisory, or M&A consulting experience, strong financial modeling and communication skills, and willingness to travel.
