Similarweb is hiring a Director of Corporate Development to own its M&A and inorganic growth strategy across B2B and B2C businesses. The role leads sourcing, valuation, modeling, diligence, negotiation, structuring, closing, and post-merger integration; advises the CEO, CFO, and CBO; and builds and mentors the corporate development function. Candidates need at least eight years of relevant experience, strong financial and analytical skills, executive-level communication, and a bachelor's degree in a related field. The position follows a hybrid work model, and Similarweb does not currently sponsor employment visas.
