Director, Corporate Procurement at OCC

The role leads OCC’s corporate procurement and strategic sourcing functions across multiple manufacturing locations, managing sourcing strategies, supplier selection and qualification, procurement processes, contracts, compliance, risk management, and supplier development for new product introductions. It also provides leadership, coaching, performance management, and succession planning for procurement personnel, while collaborating with engineering, operations, manufacturing, quality, product management, finance, and other departments. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, 7–10 years of progressive procurement or supply chain experience in manufacturing, including 3–5 years managing procurement personnel, proficiency with procurement software, and knowledge of applicable industry standards.
