Description
Crosslake is hiring a Director in its Coverage team to build and manage relationships with private equity clients, portfolio companies, and advisors; scope and lead technology engagements; develop engagement strategy; manage project teams, budgets, schedules, and resources; contribute to product and practice development; onboard practitioners; and participate in sales and SOW writing. The role requires entrepreneurial ownership, strong client and communication skills, strategic and analytical ability, familiarity with enterprise IT and AI, and professional services experience at manager level or more senior, ideally with technology or private equity focus.
