The Director, Customer Solution Engineering will lead hardware and design solutions for Hitachi High-Tech America’s semiconductor equipment business, focusing on supply-chain robustness, end-of-life parts, customer productivity, manufacturability, and digital services. The role manages cross-functional engineering teams, develops technology roadmaps, supports customer qualification and implementation, and collaborates with Hitachi group companies and customers. It is a hybrid position requiring 80% onsite and 20% remote work in Hillsboro, Oregon, with 20% travel, and offers a base salary of $181,550.71 to $249,632.22.
