Description
The Director of Operational Risk Management Oversight - Cybersecurity Risk will lead a team of three and provide independent oversight, review, and challenge of cybersecurity risk management activities across the enterprise. The role advises first-line risk partners, assesses aggregate enterprise risks, collaborates with all three lines of defense and regulatory agencies, supports cybersecurity incident response and root-cause analysis, leads targeted risk assessments, and manages policy and program governance. It requires 8 years of cybersecurity domain expertise, 4 years of financial-services risk management experience, a bachelor’s degree, and relevant certifications; the schedule is 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, with a salary of $178,000 to $220,000 plus a discretionary bonus and medical, dental, and vision coverage.
