DEPT® is hiring a Director, Data Technology to lead the strategic and technical direction of data and measurement capabilities for client work. The role combines data engineering leadership with marketing technology expertise, owning BI and MarTech architecture, Snowflake and BigQuery warehouses, Looker and LookML, Python ETL/ELT, AWS and Google Cloud infrastructure, privacy and consent compliance, and signal-to-insight measurement. The position requires 8–10+ years of relevant experience, hands-on technical leadership, and senior client-facing authority, with agency experience and familiarity with additional data and measurement tools preferred. It offers healthcare, dental, and vision coverage, retirement matching, paid time off, holidays, parental leave, and a US remote salary range of $138,400–$175,000.
