Description

ThinkWell is hiring a Director to provide strategic and technical leadership for data architecture, performance-management dashboards, data analytics, verification tools, data governance, and government engagement in Uganda. The role supervises the PFM Data Analytics Manager, MEL Manager, and Information Systems Manager, leads technical proposals and stakeholder relationships, and requires a master’s degree, 10+ years of experience, extensive data and systems expertise, and up to 25% travel.

Additional Information

Minimum Education: Master’s degree in public health, data science, or a relevant field
Required Previous Experiences: 10+ years of professional experience
Extensive experience analyzing complex data from multiple databases
Experience managing highly performing teams
Project monitoring and evaluation in a technical specialization
Substantive experience in health systems with a development agency, NGO, or government
New business development, proposal writing, and fundraising experience
Prior experience linked to family planning, maternal and child health, or reproductive health
