Complex is hiring a Director, Data Engineering – AI & Data Platforms to lead the strategy, architecture, development, and evolution of a scalable, secure, and AI-ready data platform. The role combines hands-on data engineering with architectural leadership, focusing on SQL and Python pipelines, Snowflake and AWS infrastructure, data quality and observability, machine learning and generative AI data foundations, and cross-functional enablement of analytics and business intelligence. The position is on-site in New York, New York or Los Angeles, California, and requires 8+ years of relevant technical experience, including leadership of data engineering teams and platforms.
