Description
West Monroe is hiring a Director, Data Engineering & AI for its Technology practice. The role leads and grows the data engineering practice, drives business development, manages client delivery, and develops AI-enabled data engineering offerings and reusable assets. It requires 10+ years of client-facing consulting experience, deep experience with modern data platforms such as Databricks, GCP, and/or Snowflake, and expertise in enterprise-scale data platforms supporting AI, machine learning, and generative AI use cases. The position is hybrid, with 1 to 2 days per week in a local West Monroe office, and includes travel of 30% to 50%.
