Director, Data Engineering at SQUIRE

SQUIRE is hiring a Director, Data Engineering to build and lead its Data organization through a player-coach model, spending roughly half the time hands-on in code and the other half developing engineers, setting technical direction, and owning strategy. The role owns data architecture, reliable pipelines, data standards, quality, AI and LLM enablement, and a growing multidisciplinary team spanning Data Engineering, Machine Learning Engineering, and Analytics. It is a full-time remote position for the United States or Canada, with a base salary of $200,000–$230,000 plus a 15% bonus and medical, dental, and vision insurance.
