Kestra Holdings is hiring a Director of Data Governance to lead enterprise data governance, data quality, data stewardship, and master data management. The role will establish governance frameworks, policies, data element inventories, golden records, quality metrics, and stewardship workflows; oversee governance technologies such as Alation, Monte Carlo, and Profisee; and collaborate with data engineering, business intelligence, cybersecurity, compliance, and executive stakeholders. The position requires a bachelor’s degree and 7+ years of data management experience, including 5+ years leading governance, MDM, or data quality initiatives, and is based in the Austin, Texas office.
