McKesson is hiring a Director, Data Governance to lead enterprise-wide data governance programs covering governance strategy, data quality, metadata management, data cataloging, master data management, data lineage, regulatory compliance, and governance reporting. The role partners with business, technology, risk, compliance, privacy, security, and audit teams; leads cross-functional initiatives; develops governance KPIs and executive reporting; and builds high-performing teams. It requires 12+ years of relevant professional experience, including 4+ years of people leadership, and offers hybrid or remote arrangements for most locations, with Canada-based employees required to work two days per week in either Ville Saint-Laurent, Quebec or Mississauga, Ontario.
