Alkermes is hiring a Director of Clinical Data Management to provide strategic and operational leadership for clinical data management across internally managed and outsourced clinical studies. The role oversees study-level data management strategies, vendor governance, database design and validation, inspection readiness, data quality, regulatory compliance, cross-functional collaboration, departmental performance, and people management. It requires a bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline, at least 10 years of data management experience including supervisory experience, and experience managing global clinical trials. The position operates in a hybrid environment with 60% office time and 40% remote work, requiring at least three days per week at the Waltham, Massachusetts office, and offers an annual base salary of $205,000 to $230,000 plus performance bonus eligibility.
