Natera is hiring a Product Engineering Lead to build and lead a team that designs, delivers, and operates domain data products and AI-enabled analytical solutions on its Natera Data Platform. The role focuses on product-side data engineering, establishing a standardized, scalable operating model for headless, domain-owned data products; enabling self-service analytics for humans and AI; improving data quality and observability; and driving AI-native development. The position requires 10+ years of data engineering experience, leadership of data or analytics engineering teams, healthcare or life-sciences regulated-environment experience, and hands-on expertise across modern data technologies. It is a remote USA role with a stated salary of $186,700–$233,400 USD and medical, dental, vision, and other benefits.
