The Director, Data Quality & Adoption leads data quality, reporting readiness, platform adoption, user support, training, and continuous improvement for the CIS Data Management platform across the national network. The role manages a team, coordinates with program operations, product, and technology teams, and serves as a liaison between users and platform leadership. It requires a bachelor’s degree and 8–10 years of relevant experience, including 3–5 years leading high-performing teams, along with advanced Microsoft Office and data-analysis skills. The position is primarily virtual with up to 25% domestic travel and offers a salary of $106,050–$116,970 plus benefits.
