Alcon is hiring a Director, Data Science to lead data scientists and engineers in delivering scalable AI, machine learning, optimization, and analytics solutions for ITCI’s digital and AI transformation. The role defines the data science roadmap, builds and mentors the organization, partners with business and technology leaders, oversees model governance and performance, and drives adoption of advanced analytics and enterprise AI. The position mainly supports AI initiatives in supply chain and requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, fluent English, 10 years of relevant experience, and 6 years of demonstrated leadership.
