Meesho is hiring a Director - Data Science to lead a high-performing data science team and own the data science roadmap for a key business charter. The role covers strategy, production ML systems, model scalability and reliability, platformization, experimentation, research, stakeholder communication, and incident response. Candidates need a master’s degree, 10+ years of data science or analytics experience, at least 6 years of people management experience, and experience managing teams of 20+ data scientists across cross-functional charters.
